One of my yearly projects at SAE Institute was the UK and international prospectuses. The prospectus was the key piece of marketing material, with multiple stakeholders and industry requirements to meet, it was always a challenge. My initial hire was to help to develop SAE’s design approach, offering a more ‘brand confident’ look that was more aligned with the kind of student SAE required.
Pull up banners | Posters | Advertising
A lot of work was done to promote the institute, regulars include large format banners, posters and magazine ads. Each design was custom to the environment, optimised to stand out.
LONDON CAMPUS EXTERNAL RE-SKIN
Window vinyl | radio station skin
The London campus is situated in a busy London street, and with street side advertising very expensive the campus decided to re-skin their frontage in a creative way. I created a storyboard that helps to lead prospective students to the entrance, finishing with a window looking into the campus radio station by the entrance.
For graduation day we wanted to offer a book to remember the students achievements, that they would want to keep for many years to look back on. This was given as part of a gift bag.
GLOBAL GAME JAM
Every year SAE took part in a ‘Global Game Jam’ event, where students were tasked to create a fully working game in 24-48 hours. With this I made various promo t-shirts, large format banners, illustrations, emails and social graphics.
